Pressure services
Pressure work, done properly
We can pump as slow as 2.5 litres per minute and up to 1,800+ litres per minute, at pressures up to 104 MPa (15,000 psi), using certified 1502 iron and autoclave lines.
- Pipeline fills and pressure tests
- Hydro testing of BOP, pipeline, wireline plugs and lubricators, site facilities and wellheads
- Chemical injection and delivery - methanol, corrosion inhibitors, wax solvents, xylene and acid
- Assisting wireline with pump downs
- Setting packer and liner systems with electronic data recording

Hot oilers with 5.5 million BTU burners, and twin-burner units good for 11 million BTU when a tank or frac pond needs the heat.

Documentation
Multi-stream data recording
Full multi-stream data acquisition, truck-to-truck communication and remote pumping abilities. Every large pump and hot oiler runs an MDT system logging pressure, rate, pumping totals, tank volumes and heating temperatures.
Multiple unit monitoring, recording and multi-stream data merging. Data is available on a stick at the end of the job or by remote viewing while pumping.
